Legal Secretary Vacancy Type: ContractLocation: Manchester, Greater ManchesterSalary: Up to £23000 per annum My client, a well established solicitors is looking for a full-time Legal Secretary to work in their office based in Manchester city centre on a 6 months fixed term contract The candidate will be responsible for the completion of various dictations and secretarial tasks. They will also be the point of contact for the managing director and other senior members of the business to help with basic diary management. Hours are full time. The ideal candidate will be: -Familiar with BigHand and able to type up letters, bills, emails and court documents -Deal with emailed instructions -Be experienced with land registry forms, SDLT s, TR1 s etc -Able to provide basic diary management and book meetings etc. -Work well as part of a team -Have a good telephone manner Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 6 months Salary: £23,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location: In person Reference ID: 1005
